Can I supply my own T-Shirts?

You can.

You just need to make sure they adhere to our guidelines. We also can’t take responsibility for any misprints caused on garments supplied. Mistakes do happen. We will however replace any misprinted garments with local stock.

What kind of files do you need?

All files must be 300 DPI or a Vector File. Preferred file types are .PSD, .TIF, .EPS, .AI, .PDF, and .JPG. Design should be sized to print. For a more detailed guide, see our Artwork Guidelines.

Do you have a minimum order?

Our current minimum order for DTG and Digital Heat Transfers is 5 units per garment type.

There is a minimum of 15 units required for any Screenprinting orders. Additional fees will apply for orders under 15 units.

Can I mix and match styles and sizes?

You certainly can. You can mix and match any styles  and sizes you like. Keep in mind the pricing will be different based on the items, but we can definitely accommodate for these orders. Additional fees may incur for various coloured garments throughout the order.

Can I mix and match print colours?

For any DTG or Digital Heat Transfer jobs, there’s no additional cost for changing ink or shirt colours during a print run. However, for any Screenprinting order, you must have a minimum of 20 units per colourway if you’d like the ink colour changed. There is also a $35.00 ink swap fee applicable.

Something’s wrong with my order.

Sometimes mistakes happen, sometimes garments from the supplier are damaged. Whilst we do try to catch all errors and act promptly, our fast turnaround times don’t always make this possible. If you are missing any items from your order or your order is incorrect from what was signed off on your Pre-Production Form, we will always work with you to fix the problem.

How quickly will I receive my gear?

Typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days + shipping time.

Turnaround time is an estimate only and applies for standard jobs. Complex designs or orders with extra add-ons may increase turnaround time. Please allow an additional 3 days for all orders with any extras (printed tags etc.). You will provided with a due date upon the time of order receipt from our team. If you have a deadline for your order, you must let us know when placing your order and a rush fee may apply. Taking longer than 24 hours to approve your job may delay your order.
